Business Support Specialist

Rebekah serves as the Business Support Specialist at Cote & Evans Trial Lawyers, having joined our office in 2024 as the Billing Clerk, she was able to quickly showcase her skills and move nicely into the Business Support role of the firm. She works closely with the Business Operations Manager and provides administrative support across the firm. She plays a key role in our billing operations, client communication, and day‑to‑day office coordination, ensuring that both clients and colleagues feel supported.

Although new to the legal field, Rebekah has spent several years in management and administrative roles, developing strong leadership skills and a reputation for being highly organized and detail‑driven. Her background in team management and operational support allows her to anticipate needs, improve internal processes, and contribute to a positive and productive office environment. Her commitment to creating a welcoming workplace, paired with her dependable work ethic makes her a valued member of the Cote & Evans team.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places with her dog Finley and her fiancé. She also loves reading with a warm cup of tea and traveling whenever she can.
