Senior Paralegal

With over 23 years of experience in the legal industry, Par contributes progressive and informed insight to each file she works on.  She provides senior paralegal support to our managing partner and associate lawyers, offering a wealth of expertise in family law and civil litigation.

She has worked with several esteemed law firms in the Vancouver area, gaining extensive experience in personal injury, insurance defence litigation, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, civil litigation and family law, before joining Cote & Evans Trial Lawyers in 2011.  Her comprehensive experience across various aspects of litigation has been instrumental to the firm, encompassing legal research, preparation of Supreme Court of BC, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada pleadings, summarizing evidence, preparing for chambers and trials, and more.  Par excels in collaborating with lawyers, our clients and court staff to ensure that critical steps are taken throughout the litigation process.  She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and high quality of work, earning the respect of her colleagues and clients.

Par is an active member of the BC Paralegal Association and acquired her paralegal certification in 2005. In 2025, she was officially appointed as a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in British Columbia, an achievement that will further enhance the value she brings to our team and clients.

Par is bilingual and can assist clients in English and Punjabi.  Par is also a licensed realtor and a single mom of a young teenager who is an avid football player.  She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and is actively involved in her son’s football league.
