Kelly joined Cote & Evans Trial Lawyers in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the firm’s operations. In 2024, she expanded her role to include responsibilities within the firm’s HR department, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting staff and fostering a positive workplace culture. In recognition of her leadership and contributions, Kelly was promoted to Business Operations Manager in 2025.

Kelly’s extensive management and operations experience is a valuable asset to our team. Her previous experience includes four years as a Strata Manager Assistant and more than seven years as a Regional Manager, overseeing the operation and maintenance of 17 self-storage facilities across Canada.

Kelly excels at ensuring efficient office operations, leading staff with fairness and professionalism, and maintaining high organizational standards. Her 20+ years of customer service experience, combined with her strong technological proficiency, enhance her ability to provide exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her rescue dog, Annie, and her husband. She loves embarking on road trip adventures, exploring local trails on her e-bike, and spending summer days relaxing lakeside. During the winter months, she enjoys unwinding in her personal hot tub with a good book or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.
