Paul is an associate lawyer at Cote & Evans Trial Lawyers. 

Paul specializes in family law, civil litigation and real estate law.   

In his family law practice, Paul helps his clients navigate the stressful process of separation and divorce and ensures they are advised of their legal rights relating to parenting, child support, spousal support and property division.   He is experienced in negotiating and drafting agreements, complex asset and debt division, and appearing on behalf of clients in Court.  

In his civil litigation practice, Paul has a wide range of experience assisting with breaches of contract, builders’ liens, property disputes, foreclosures and negligence claims. 

Paul’s real estate practice is focused on conveyancing. He assists sellers and purchasers with residential real estate transactions, refinances, and title changes. As a litigator he ensures his clients are protected and represented in the event of contractual disputes, tenancy related issues and collapsing deals.   

Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and was called to the Bar in 2017.  He provides legal services in English and Punjabi. Outside of the office, Paul enjoys playing golf, travelling with his wife and kids, and watching classic movies.
